Are you looking to erase years from your face and looking for a safer and better alternative to BOTOX® and cosmetic surgery? If so, then Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture (FRA) may be for you.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture (FRA) is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that can result in a reduction in the signs of aging. Depending on the individual needs, specific points are chosen on the face, ears, neck, hands and legs to manipulate the movement of energy.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture has been shown to:

  • Improve muscle tone and dermal contraction
  • Increase collagen production
  • Promote skin rejuvenation and improve facial color via increased facial circulation
  • Help to eliminate and reduce bags under the eyes
  • Help to reduce or eliminate double chins
  • Decrease the tendency toward sagging and jowls
  • Eliminate puffiness by improving metabolism, and thus eliminating excess fluids
  • Tighten the pores
  • Brighten the eyes
  • Help to lift drooping eyelids
  • Promote overall health and well being
  • Reduce stress evident in the face

How Does the Process Work?

A complete course of treatment with Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture puncture consists of 12 treatments spread over nine weeks scheduled as follows:

  • Two 90 minute treatments twice a week for three weeks

  • Six 90 minute treatments once a week for 6 weeks

Depending on each individual’s needs, treatment may also include nutritional supplements, diet and lifestyle counseling and facial massage. While results are often noticeable after just a few sessions, a full course of twelve sessions allows deeper, more lasting results to occur. After the initial course of treatment to help sustain the beneficial effects in the long term, quarterly or monthly maintenance visits are also recommended.
